From Macomb County

From Utica, Shelby Twp, Clinton Twp or Macomb Twp, take 16 Mile Rd (Metro Parkway) west to Dequindre Rd. The clinic is just off the corner of 16 Mile & Dequindre.

From Oakland County

From Troy, Rochester, Madison Heights or Royal Oak, head east on 16 Mile Rd (Big Beaver / Metro Parkway) to Dequindre Rd, which is the Macomb–Oakland line.
